The "Hythe - My Hometown" project is a community event which encouraged Hythe residents and visitors to share their personal perspectives through photography, showcasing the town’s; heritage, culture, history, landmarks and everyday life. All photographs were taken between April and August 2025. The project is a joint venture between the Hythe Civic Society, in celebration of its 80th anniversary, and the Hythe District Photographic Club.
An exhibition will take place in November 2025 at the Hythe Library where 100 of these photographs will be exhibited. Once you have viewed the online gallery perhaps you would like to comment in the 'Visitor's Book' at the bottom of this page.
